Located at Brighton Marina, the Malmaison is renowned for its excellent Afternoon Tea…but not quite as we know it. Blossoms Brighton introduces a contemporary twist on afternoon tea, blending Japanese-inspired flavours with traditional favourites. Guests can enjoy an elegant selection of savoury sandos, delicate maki rolls, and indulgent sweets, including chocolate mochi and miso-chocolate brownies.
