Negroni Masterclass at Cin Cin
Cin Cin Hove is kicking off Negroni Week with an intimate Campari masterclass on Thursday 17 September at 7pm.
Led by Dennis Borgogna from Campari, the evening will explore the histories of vermouth and Campari, the Negroni’s evolution from classic serve to modern twists, and the cultural importance of the Italian aperitivo.
Tickets cost £39 per person and include a Cin Cin Sbagliato on arrival, alongside a snack menu featuring marinated olives, focaccia, parmesan potato crisps and beetroot carpaccio. With only 14 places available at the counter, early booking is recommended.
Seasonal Negronis at Furna
Furna Brighton is celebrating Negroni Week 2026 with three seasonal interpretations of the classic cocktail, each priced at £12.
The Roasted Fig & Bay combines rich fruit, herbal notes and a touch of saline, while the Sea Buckthorn & Fino offers a brighter, drier serve with sharp citrus character and subtle salinity. Completing the menu, the Blackberry, Thyme & Cacao brings darker fruit, fragrant herbs and a restrained roasted cacao note.
Distinctly rich and savoury, bright and saline, or dark and aromatic, each creation retains the unmistakable bittersweet backbone of a classic Negroni.
NEGRONI WEEK AT IL BISTRO
Celebrate Negroni Week at IL Bistro with three takes on the classic Italian cocktail. Choose from the traditional Negroni, a Negroni Sbagliato made with Campari, sweet vermouth and Prosecco, or IL Bistro’s own version with Amaro Montenegro and fresh rosemary. Each drink is £13, with £1 from every Negroni ordered donated to Rockinghorse Children’s Charity.

Morley’s Bistro in Hurstpierpoint is celebrating Negroni Week with four tempting takes on the Italian classic.
Guests can choose the traditional Negroni, a sparkling Negroni Sbagliato, or the Hazelnut Negroni, enriched with Frangelico for a subtly nutty finish, all priced at £9. For a local twist, the Sussex Negroni combines Ditchling Gin, Bolney Rosso Vermouth and Campari, garnished with orange, for £11.50. Whether classic, sparkling, nutty or locally inspired, there is a serve to suit every Negroni lover.
A Negroni Your Way at Bar 50ml
Build your own Negroni at Bar 50ml, choosing from three gins, three red vermouths and classic Campari to create your perfect serve. Or explore four different takes on the cocktail with a Negroni tasting flight. Build-your-own Negronis are £8, with the four-Negroni tasting flight priced at £20.
The Queen Negroni: A Savoury Italian Twist
Fatto a Mano is shaking up Negroni Week with The Queen Negroni, a savoury twist on the classic inspired by their new Margherita pizza special. Created in collaboration with Campari, it combines olive oil-washed gin, Vesuvius tomato water, Campari, Martini Rosso and fresh basil for a herbal, savoury serve with a distinctly Italian feel. Pair it with La Ribelle, their new pepperoni pizza created with Brighton charcuterie experts Curing Rebels, for the ultimate Negroni Week pairing.
£5 Negronis All Week at Coppa Club
Negroni Week is the perfect excuse to head to Coppa Club Brighton for a classic cocktail at a very tempting price. SPECIAL COCKTAIL MENU AT BOHEMIA
Bohemia Brighton is celebrating Negroni Week with a special cocktail menu available from 21st–27th September. Alongside the timeless Classic Negroni, the bar team has created three distinctive twists: a rum-based Coffee Negroni, a fruity Negroni Bramble with crème de mûre and balsamic, and the whiskey-led Old Friend. Each cocktail is priced at £12, giving Negroni lovers the perfect excuse to discover a new favourite or return to the original classic.

Coastal Negronis: Negronis or Sbagliatos for £15
Negroni Week is heading to the Worthing seafront as Crabshack puts a coastal spin on the iconic Italian aperitif. From 21-27 September, choose a timeless Classic Negroni, crafted with locally produced Arundel Gin, or try the lighter, sparkling Negroni Sbagliato, finished with Sussex sparkling wine. Better still, guests can enjoy two Negronis or Sbagliatos for £15 throughout the week. Pair yours with Crabshack’s fresh seafood and raise a glass to Negroni Week beside the sea.
Five Days of Negronis at Fourth and Church
Fourth and Church in Hove is celebrating Negroni Week with a different special each day. The week begins with its signature F&C Negroni, followed by the lighter White Negroni, led by distinctive Suze. Smoke lovers can discover the rich Mezcal Negroni, while the elegant Cynaroni offers a complex, silky take on the classic. Finally, the Branca Negroni introduces Fernet-Branca for a playful menthol lift. With five distinctive serves appearing across five days, there is always a new reason to stop by and celebrate this iconic cocktail.
Coffee Meets Campari at Kindling
Kindling Brighton is celebrating Negroni Week with two serves developed by its Italian restaurant manager, David. Alongside the venue’s signature Kindling Negroni, guests can discover The Naked Negroni, a coffee-infused twist on the classic. Brighton Gin, Martini Rosso and Campari are infused sous vide for around 12 hours with 100% Brazilian coffee beans from Sussex-based Naked Barista. The result brings together classic bittersweet Italian flavours, local spirits and handcrafted speciality coffee in one distinctive Brighton serve.

Raise a glass to Negroni Week at Mange Tout Brighton, the relaxed independent French bistro in the heart of North Laine. From 21–27 September, guests can enjoy a classic Negroni for £10.
