Lime Squeezy | Brighton | Thai kitchen

Lime Squeezy | Brighton | Thai kitchen

Located on Jubilee Square, in the centre of Brighton’s bustling North Laine area, Lime Squeezy brings its vibrant and delicious authentic Thai food to the heart of the city.

Lime Squeezy is the new dining concept from the acclaimed Prqnee Laurillard, founder of Giggling Squid restaurant group. Head there for your Thai food favourites, the ingredients are fresh and cooked to order in the open kitchen. Portions are generous, and the dishes pop with colour and flavour.

The Food

Dishes range from classic Thai favourite curries and stir-fries that are offered as ‘bigger plates’ on the menu. ‘Smaller plates’ are also available, which serve as sides, sharing plates or for those after light bites (or children with little appetites).

Lime Squeezy caters well for omnivores and herbivores, alike. Traditional Thai cooking practises support plant-based cuisine and therefore the vegan offerings here are ample and very satisfying.

Morning menu

Breakfast and brunch are served at Lime Squeezy from 10 am – 12 pm. Options include Thai take on traditional favourites such as; sweet stacked pancakes, easy-breezy omelette, with the addition of sriracha drizzle and a Vietnamese inspired, chicken satay baguette.

The space

With floor to ceiling glass windows, Lime Squeezy is a light, bright and inviting space to dine. Social seating is available on long communal tables (think the Thai food equivalent to Wagamama) as well as a more intimate table area, a large first-floor mezzanine and a spacious terrace for alfresco dining.
