Exciting news! We’re thrilled to introduce some fantastic new additions to the Restaurants Brighton guide this month.

Beach House, Worthing offers a relaxed atmosphere with beachfront terrace views of the Pier. It’s been popular for its homemade burgers, vegetarian and vegan options, Free House beers, and cocktails, along with frequently changing menus and live music events.

River Cafe and Bistro, Shoreham, known for its exceptional coffee blends, the café also serves outstanding breakfast, brunch, lunch, and tea items, and plans to offer weekend dinners soon. 

Novellino in Hove offers authentic Italian cuisine. From handmade pasta to wood-fired pizzas, each dish is crafted with passion and served in a charming ambiance.

Honey Cake by Mary offers an unforgettable experience with their iconic Russian honey cake, Medovik, made from premium, natural ingredients and topped with flavoured chocolate ganache.

Apiary, a unique cafe and bar in Brighton, is inspired by bees and honey. It offers quality cocktails, wine, mead, and a honey-infused menu for this one-of-a-kind experience.

At the 2024 BRAVOs (Brighton Restaurant Awards Vote Online) the public voted 72,000 times and here are the results for the best Brighton restaurant accolade.

Terre á Terre was voted the most popular restaurant in Brighton, with Burnt Orange 2nd and Cin Cin 3rd. Brighton fiercely supports the independent restaurant scene and is considered the vegan capital of the UK. 

While Brighton and Hove restaurants still remain starless in 2024, there are some otherwise notable entries worth celebrating in Brighton in this years Michelin round-up.

These  include etch. The Little Fish Market, Burnt Orange, Wild Flor and Tutto to name a few.  Nearby Sussex restaurants with one Michelin Star include Restaurant Interlude, The Pass and Gravetye Manor. We hope our cities restaurants will be recognised in the Michelin guide in years to come as more and more talented Brighton chefs receive national critical acclaim.
