The Japanese experience at Oki-Nami and Oki- ‘Cocktail’ Bar is some of the best cuisine of this genre you will find in Brighton and this sits perfectly with their clean-lined, elegant, yet understated interior.  Oki-Nami is brought to you by Chef Mike Dodd and a local Brighton fella in the music industry; DJ Norman Cook, AKA FatBoy Slim.

The Oki-Nami Japanese restaurant is  situated in the centre of Brighton on New Road, adjacent to the Theatre Royal,  the Brighton Dome, the Royal Pavilion Gardens –  having previously been based in Hove for a number of years.

Oki-Nami is welcoming, contemporary and presents a minimalist feel while at the same time still keeping the features of a listed Regency Building. Oki-Nami uses only the freshest and best quality ingredients in their dishes which is why they are considered one of the top Brighton Japanese restaurants in the area.

Cocktails at the Oki-Bar

This Brighton Cocktail Bar is modern and stylish with a balcony providing views over the Royal Pavillion Gardens and the street life of New Rd.

The venue offers full table service and an excellent selection of classic and bespoke cocktails, Premium Japanese Beers, Spirits, Wine and an impressive selection of Japanese tapas style platters. Open daily 5 pm till late, seven days a week and available for private hire.

Cocktail specials include: Warsaw Pact, Death in Vegas, The Lions Tail, Beachside Presse and many more.
