Burnt Orange was voted the most popular restaurant in Brighton, with Bonsai Plant Kitchen 2nd and Terre á Terre 3rd. Brighton fiercely supports the independent restaurant scene and is considered the vegan capital of the UK.
While Brighton and Hove restaurants still remain starless, there are some otherwise notable entries worth celebrating in Brighton in this years Michelin round-up.
