We say that staying in with a good bottle of vino (or beer if that’s your preferred tipple), ordering your favourite Brighton takeaway and sticking on a box set, is also a respectable option for your New Year’s Evening. Rockwater’s roof terrace, festooned in fairly lights with fine food and champagne, is one of Hove’s top spots to experience a last magical moment of 2024.
