Nestled in the heart of the Lanes, Japanese-inspired Blossoms Bar features an eclectic drinks menu showcasing enticingly exotic Asian flavours like yuzu, cherry and miso. The cocktails are elegant, complex and totally moreish, so watch out. Fun vibes, great tunes, friendly team, a super tasty food menu and an impressive sake menu too.
Placed 10th in International Cuisine.
FIFTH place
Shaped by the concept of ichi-go ichi-e – treasuring the moment – FUMI is a Japanese restaurant in Brighton and cocktail hotspot with style at its heart. Hidden away in Brighton’s Circus Quarter, it pairs gorgeous décor with elevated menus and Japanese-inspired drinks. Try a Roku Negroni or Japanese-inspired whisky sour to start.
