Burger love at Coggings & Co
The Seven Dials in Brighton has a great new burger restaurant on its doorstep and it is a venue which brings along an award winning gastro pub operator, with great emphasis on sustainability and service. After 8 years of running the SRA award winning Preston Park Tavern, Andrew Coggings and Co have now moved closer to Brighton centre to their new home, which used to be the Blenio Bistro.
Serving some of the best burgers you’ve ever tasted with a delicious set of sides and puddings, Coggings & Co have thought about it all – as our gluten free reviewer, Chloe discovered very recently. Nothing at Coggings & Co is too complicated. Because in their experience simple almost always turns out to be best.
Local ingredients sourced with care
It’s an ethos, that’s also shared by a whole bunch of other wonderful people. From the chefs, waiting staff to the farmers, producers and suppliers who provide them with such amazing ingredients, they’re all united by a passion for outstanding, wholesome local produce.
Also when you eat at Coggings & Co. you can be sure that every plate and every glass is filled with the very best that Sussex has to offer. Their beef is freshly ground daily and is supplied by Henk from Redlands Farm, Horam. Artisan bread and brioches are sourced from the Real Pattiserie, ice cream comes from DownsView, ales from Harveys, Hepworths & Darkstar, Ciders from Wobblegate and wines are either local, organic or bio-dynamic.
