The Best Restaurants in Brighton and Hove 2026 are voted for by locals in the Brighton Restaurant Awards each year. This year’s top 20 includes terre á terre, Kindling, Burnt Orange, Embers, The Coal Shed, Kindling, and LOST in the Lanes – all celebrated for outstanding food, atmosphere, and service. Results for The Best restaurant in Brighton are always announced in the end of March, start of April. These awaards are also referred to as the BRAVOs.

This means over a 6 week voting period from January to March the public can decide what they think is their best restaurant in Brighton or Hove.
