Do you favour a traditionally romantic setting or is there a venue who offers something a little quirky and different? Let’s find out where the people of Brighton have voted for!
1. The Salt Room
What could be more romantic than a sharing dessert for two? Could the extremely Instagrammable ‘Taste of the Pier’ (pictured below) be one of the reasons why the public have voted The Salt Room the best venue in Brighton for a date? Or perhaps it’s due to the award-winning cocktails by Head Bartender, Matt Ottley or of course the sexy fish dishes cooked up by Executive Chef, Dave Mothersill and his talented team. Whatever swung it, we’re pleased to announce The Salt Room as your top spot for romancing!
2. Plateau
Run by two Frenchmen, (Thierry and Vincent) it’s no wonder Plateau generates a certain je ne sais quoi when it comes to romantic settings. Stylish seating, a well stocked bar and funky beats contribute to the buzzy, low-key atmosphere of this modern French restaurant and the sharing plates help to promote the accidental touching of fingers… well done Plateau, expect more lovers your way!
3. 64 Degrees
Intimate, softly lit and boasting a menu that provides plenty of talking points, 64 Degrees slides smoothly into third place for the Best Date location in Brighton and Hove. After all, it’s the name on everyone’s lips and a date would no doubt be impressed when you announce you’ve been able to secure a booking! Fantastic service and exceptional small dishes make for a top night out wining and dining your loved one.
