Although Greek cuisine tends to be meat lead here in the UK, Greece itself is full of delicious fruit and vegetables that make up a lot of the local’s diet and therefore dishes they love. We love the sound of ‘Gigantes’, butter beans cooked in a tomato sauce and seasonal herbs, served with ‘Yemista’, peppers and tomatoes stuffed with rice, herbs, pine nuts and raisins. There is no shortage of flavour at Nostos and you will certainly not leave hungry.
